Who processes the data

What data and why

If you write to me via the contact form, I process the data you enter: name, e-mail and optionally company, phone and the content of your message.

I use the data solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare an offer of cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and my legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How long

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and follow-up communication, at most 3 years after the last contact. If we start working together, retention is governed by the contract and legal obligations.

Who has access

I do not sell or share your data for marketing. Technically, the data is stored with hosting and database providers acting as processors on my behalf (operation of the website and server).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to ivan.preisler@pointee.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Technical cookies are used only for signing in to the administration.
